Kimberly Elias is a certified Health & Wellness Coach, Lifestyle Medicine Coach, and Neuro Linguistic Programming Practitioner. Her undergraduate studies are specialized in the field of Psychology at Florida Gulf Coast University and she currently studies and conducts research in the field of Mind Body Medicine at Saybrook University.
Kimberly has extensive experience in coaching individuals suffering from addictions, eating disorders, depression, anxiety, trauma, and various physical issues. Through her own personal journey of wellness, coupled with her professional experience, Kimberly guides her clients to self-transformation so they can live an empowered life and enjoy sustained feelings of peace, joy, and overall well-being. It is her life mission to inspire others to discover their true nature and to thrive in life.

Stephanie has been in the wellness industry for more than 20 years. She graduated from Illinois State University with a degree in Nutrition and Exercise Science. She furthered her education in wellness at the Southwestern Institute of Healing Arts where she obtained a diploma in Holistic Nutrition Coaching. She is passionate about health and wellness and loves partnering with individuals like you to make lasting long term lifestyle changes.
Stephanie spent 15 years in the pharmaceutical sales industry and it wasn’t until conventional medicine failed to support her family that she began to look at alternatives and natural medicine. It is here that she found hope, support, and healing. Her personal journey gave her a desire to help others, to be a part of something better and bigger. She believes we ALL have the power within us to heal and become the person we most desire to be.
In addition to coaching clients Stephanie enjoys coaching and leading cycle classes at a studio in Chandler. She is married to Corey and they are raising their 3 boys that are incredibly active in sports. When they are not at a sporting event the family enjoys camping, kayaking, and hiking.
